- Standard Return Period: You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Custom Orders: Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

5. Exclusions
- Promotional Sales: Items purchased during Black Friday, Boxing Day, or other promotional sales are final sale and cannot be returned.
