At Resin Collective, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping for your handcrafted resin products. Please read our shipping policy to understand the details of our delivery process.
1. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship across New Zealand, offering standard, express, and rural delivery options.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

- Production Time: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be handcrafted before shipping.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 NZD (excludes rural delivery and oversized items).
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.
3. Production Time
All of our products are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 1 week for production before your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at info@resincollective.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. -
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you in replacing the item or issuing a refund. -
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Shipping Exclusions
We are unable to ship to the following:
- Remote Areas: Certain rural or remote locations may not be serviced. Contact us at info@resincollective.com if you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address.
6. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over $250 NZD. This offer applies to standard shipping within New Zealand and Australia and excludes rural delivery, oversized items, or deliveries to remote areas.
7. Additional Information
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day of production completion.
- Holiday Delays: Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays or busy seasons.
