  2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase, including for custom orders. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

3. Shipping Policy

  1. Production Time: As all our products are handcrafted, production takes approximately 1 week from the date of purchase. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
  2. Shipping Times and Costs:
    • New Zealand: Flat shipping rate of $15.00, with delivery expected in 3–5 business days after production.
    • Australia: Flat shipping rate of $25.00, with delivery expected in 7–10 business days after production.
  3. International Shipping: Customs fees and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
  4. Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

4. Custom Orders

  1. Requesting Custom Orders: We welcome custom resin designs! For inquiries, please email us at info@resincollective.com.
  2. Production Time: Custom orders may take longer than standard production, depending on the design and materials requested. We will provide an estimated timeline upon confirmation of your order.
  3. Refunds and Returns: Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically for your request.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. Handcrafted Variations: Due to the nature of resin art, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and part of the unique character of each piece. These are not considered defects.
  2. Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Usage of Products: Our resin products are delicate and require proper handling. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper care.
